Bourbon Peach Smash

Ingredients

Merlet Crème de Pêche de Vigne, peach liqueur	20 ml - 1oz
Single Barrel Bourbon (Four Roses)	40 ml - 2 oz
Benedictine	5 ml - ¼ oz
Lemon Muddling Quarters	4-5
Mint Sprig	Muddle

Method

Add 4-5 lemon quarters and a sprig of mint into a mixing glass and muddle. Combine remaining ingredients and add ice. Shake vigorously for proper dilution and chill. Strain into a rocks glass, over fresh ice.
