| Merlet Crème de Cassis de Saintonge, blackcurrant liqueur | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Fresh lemon juice | 10ml - ½oz |
| Simple syrup | 5 ml - ¼ oz |
| Orange Bitters | 1 dash |
| Club soda | 80 ml - 4 oz |
Method
Build in Mixing Glass, then pour over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a lemon disc zest then add a lemon horses neck.
Decoration : Lemon disc zest & discard and add a lemon horses neck.
