This Black Bird is a variation of a cocktail often made with blackberry liqueur. The blackcurrant liqueur combines extremely well with the lemon thanks to its minty notes. The result is a delicious and slightly tangy drink.
Ingredients
| Merlet Crème de Cassis de Saintonge, blackcurrant liqueur | 50 ml - 2 oz |
| Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice | 25 ml - 1 oz |
Method
Pour all ingredients in a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Gently stir for few seconds.
Decoration : Lemon slice
