Ingredients
| Merlet Trois Citrus, triple sec liqueur | 30 ml - 1 ½ oz |
| Earl Grey Infused Gin (Tanqueray) | 20 ml - 1 oz |
| Simple Syrup | 5ml - 1tsp |
| Egg White | 1-1 |
Method
Combine ingredients into a mixing glass and dry shake to pre whip ingredients. Add ice and shake vigorously for propser dilution and chill. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Earl Grey Infused Gin (Tanqueray) – Measure 30g of Earl Grey loose leaf tea for every liter of Tanqueray Gin, or 22.5g for every 750 ml bottle of Tanqueray. Combine Gine and tea in a container with a lid, then agitate, let sit for 2 hours, then strain
Decoration : Orange Disc zested over the top of the cocktail
