| Merlet Lune d’Abricot, apricot brandy | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac | 30 ml - 1 ½oz |
| Fresh lemon juice | 15 ml - ¾ oz |
| Acacia honey syrup | 10 ml - ½ oz |
| Apricot Eau de Vie | 5 ml - ¼ oz |
| Angostura Bitters | 1 dash |
| Club Soda | To top |
Method
Measure ingredients into a mixing tin (except the Club Soda), add ice and lightly shake. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice, top with Club Soda. * 2 parts honey & 1 part water * *Blume Marillen is recommanded
