Tony named it first « Reverse Kir » because of the proportion of liqueur which is three times higher than in a classic Kir. The After Dinner was so called as it has a similar profile as a dessert wine.
Ingredients
| Merlet Crème de Poire, pear liqueur | 25 ml - 1 oz |
| Gewurztraminer (white wine) | 50 ml - 2 oz |
Method
Pour the ingredients in a wine glass. Add two ice cubes and gently stir for few seconds.
