Tony named it first « Reverse Kir » because of the proportion of liqueur which is three times higher than in a classic Kir. The After Dinner was so called as it has a  similar profile as a dessert wine.

Ingredients

Merlet Crème de Poire, pear liqueur25 ml - 1 oz
Gewurztraminer (white wine)50 ml - 2 oz

Method

Pour the ingredients in a wine glass. Add two ice cubes and gently stir for few seconds.
