Sour cocktails are based on the classic flavour combination of sweetness and acidity. This is an autumn version with the pear as a seasonal fruit.
Ingredients
| Merlet Crème de Poire, pear liqueur | 50 ml – 2 oz |
| Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice | 25 ml - 1 oz |
| Small egg white | 1 |
| Simple Syrup | 5 ml - ¼ oz |
Method
Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Pour the content into a martini glass.
